Commercial Surveys:
Surveys are required for many different reasons. It can
be that a property is being purchased as an investment,
for owner occupation, as a tenancy, or for refurbishment/redevelopment.
A vendor might be considering placing their premises on
the market and would like to know of any repairs that may
be required in order to achieve a smooth acquisition.
Are you acquiring a new lease or taking on an assignment
of an existing lease?
We can advise you on the current condition of the premises,
as well as likely future repairs that may be required. This
can help you in making an informed decision on the acquisition,
quantifying and thus helping you budget for future repairs
and may even help in lease negotiations.
Are you acquiring a freehold interest in a property?
As both an investor or an owner/occupier, it is important
that you are fully aware of the condition of the premises
you are considering acquiring. We can advise on the current
condition of the premises and any likely future repairs
to assist in your budgeting.
Do you currently own/occupy premises and plan to carry

Before you are able to do this, you must first fully understand
the current condition to be able to undertake the necessary
repairs. We can advise on any immediate repairs necessary
to bring the property back into a reasonable condition,
as well as future ongoing maintenance programming to aid
in this process.
Are you considering placing your property on the market?
