Home Information Packs:

As from June 1st 2007 everybody who wants to sell their house will have to provide a home information pack. The terms of this are laid out in the housing act 2004. If you market your house without a home information pack it will be a criminal offence!

• Evidence of Title
  
• Evidence that searches and any necessary leasehold or commonhold documents have been commissioned
